The Changed

The Changed are among the denizens of Lusst'ghaa, those who underwent forced mutation to become beings squirming in eternal ecstasy. The Changed operate on basic instincts, where there was once rational thought there is only lust now. The purpose of the Changed is to feel eternal ecstasy, fueled by the Enthralled who were once enemies of the Lustful God, now made into living sex toys for the Changed.

Appearance

Humanoid versions of the Changed strike a feminine appearance with a greyish or pinkish skin, donning masks with no face, or wear no mask and have horns. Jonathan encounters Changed with blades for arms who will chase him down and seemingly attack him.

Trivia

• It is unclear as to how some of this forced mutation is distributed, but there are several theories as to how this worked: for instance it could be aerial and distributed by mutating plantlife of Lusst'ghaa. Also through forced injection, as one of the syringes can be found in Lusst'ghaa that adds an entry to the Arcanes of Lusst'ghaa. The description of the syringe reads: "Take the potion that kills the mind and grants the body bliss. Take it for the grace of Iauv'abrarc, as all have."
• Those who did not share Iauv'abrarc's philosophy were forcibly placed in mutation chambers. As their will crumbled to the endless ecstasy, they too embraced the Change.
• It is possible that Amanda Moon has partially undergone the mutation to Changed, being affected by long term exposure to Lusst'ghaa. Which made her more sexualized over time. While Jonathan has only briefly visited Lusst'ghaa, he may have been able to resist the temptation so far.
